Delivery Information
We offer delivery throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
GRIDMAT Products are supplied on pallets and is typically delivered using a tail lift vehicle and pallet truck. Depending on your location and order size, deliveries may be carried out by our own vehicles, a pallet network, or a third-party haulage company.
Please note that deliveries are made to the kerbside only. Pallet trucks require a firm, level surface and are not suitable for gravel, grass, steep slopes, or uneven ground. Where access is restricted or unsuitable for larger vehicles, the pallet will be delivered to the nearest safe and accessible location.
If you have any concerns regarding site access or delivery arrangements, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist.
Installation Guide
1. Prepare the ground by removing any loose debris and levelling the surface.
2. Lay the mats tightly together.
3. Secure using ground fixing pegs where required.
4. Allow existing grass to grow through the openings for a natural finish.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product is damaged during delivery or is faulty upon arrival, please:
• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide photographs showing the damage or fault.
• Do not dispose of the product until we have assessed your claim.
Once your claim has been approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.Change of Mind
If you wish to cancel your order under your statutory rights, please contact us within the applicable cancellation period. ( 14 days ) Returned items must be:
• Unused and in their original condition.
• Returned in the original packaging where possible.
